- From "Tingsfogdar - Ingelstads h?rad" (District Court Bailiffs - Ingelstad District):
Peder Nielsen Tustrup - born about 1615, son of Niels Pedersen Skoff; bailiff (Ridefoged) for Bollerup from 1640 to 1659; bailiff (Tingfoged) for Ingelstad district from 1643 to 1651, manager (Forvalter) of G?rsn?s from 1653 to 1659; bailiff (Ridefoged) for Ingelstad's farm from 1673 to 1679, and from 1640 resided on Toarp nr. 1, in 1651 the owner of Ullstorp nr. 2; died 1679. Married to Ingeborg Andersdotter Munck. Children: 1) Anna, wife of Thomas T?nnesson, "Kornmj?lnare" (Grain Miller) in Ystad; 2) Nils, pastor (Kyrkoherde) for Bollerup parish.
Among others, Toarp nr. 8 and Ullstorp nr. 2 are interesting farms in 1600s Scanian war history: Bollerup Manor became embroiled in the Malm? Conspiracy of 1658-59; both the owner and bailiff were Danes from Jylland. Gunnar Aakesson had "gaarden i sl?kten" (the farm in the family); and Bailiff "Niels Pederss?n Tustrup Skoff" had come with the manor's owner from Jylland to Bollerup and lived at Toarp nr. 1. His son, Peder Nielsen Tustrup, later also became bailiff and he also lived on Toarp nr. 1.
The best portrate of this part of ?sterlen's history is Curt Wallin's article "Peder Nielsen Tustrup i Toarp" in "Tomelilla hembygdskrets ?rsskrift 1968". Here we find more complete information about the family of Peder Nielsen (Thustrup) and the history of farm nr. 8 in Toarp. Now Toarp nr. 8 has become a large farm, a whole farm, which had a water mill, and it served as a rest stop. Peder Nielsen became embroiled in the Malm? Conspiracy along with the owner's family in Bollerup, and other estates, and sentenced to death; however, he was pardoned and returned to Ullstorp.
His eldest son from his first marriage, Nils Pehrsson (aka Niels Pedersen), became the owner of Toarp Nr. 8 in 1667. Nils Pehrsson of Toarp nr. 8 is included in the 1681 trial documents, along with a new name, Martin J?nsson. "Peder Nielsen's eldest son is therefore now dead, and Toarp nr. 8 has been passed to another user" writes Curt Wallin. Wallin's genealogy of Niels Pedersen Skoff's descendants referred to Nils Pehrsson on Toarp nr. 8 as married to Bente Knutsson (died before 1679), but no children are mentioned.
